Henry Cheng is the Managing Partner of the firm. Henry was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1975. He was admitted as a solicitor in the United Kingdom and as an advocate and solicitor in Singapore in 1990. He was also admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory in the same year of 1990. He was appointed as a member of the Disciplinary Committee Panel in 1988 by the Chief Justice and served as a member of the Panel until 1993. He also served as a member of the Claims Committee of the Professional Indemnity Insurance Scheme of the Law Society of Hong Kong for many years. Henry joined the firm as a partner in 1984.
