Apart from being a general practitioner, Herman is also a Civil Celebrant of Marriages and a Reverse Mortgage Counsellor. His practice covers Intellectual Property registration and advice, Construction arbitrations, Probate (including deceased died domiciled in other jurisdictions), Personal Injury actions, Family and Matrimonial matters, Tenancy matters and Conveyancing transactions, with substantial experience in Civil and Criminal litigations, Judicial Reviews, Arbitrations and Appeals.
Herman was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 2004 and was appointed as a Civil Celebrant of Marriage and a Reverse Mortgage Counsellor in 2011 and 2012 respectively.
In 2019, Herman joined the Nan Fung Group of companies as Legal Manager and has been serving in the group ever since.
