Practice Focus
Apart from being a general practitioner, Herman is also a Civil Celebrant of Marriages and a Reverse Mortgage Counsellor. His practice covers Intellectual Property registration and advice, Construction arbitrations, Probate (including deceased individuals domiciled in other jurisdictions), Personal Injury actions, Family and Matrimonial matters, Tenancy matters and Conveyancing transactions, with substantial experience in Civil and Criminal litigations, Judicial Reviews, Arbitrations and Appeals.
Herman was admitted as a Solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 2004 and was appointed as a Civil Celebrant of Marriage and a Reverse Mortgage Counsellor in 2011 and 2012 respectively.
Herman served as the Legal Manager at the Nan Fung Group from 2019 to 2024, while also acting as a Consultant for the firm. At the end of 2024, he resumed private practice and continued to serve as a Consultant for the firm.

Acted as the solicitor and legal advisor to a Consulate-General in Hong Kong (2006 – 2019).
Appointed as a Civil Celebrant of Marriages since 2011.
Appointed as a Reverse Mortgage Counsellor since 2012.
Acted as the Honorary Legal Adviser to the Hong Kong Institute of Project Management (2013 -2018).
