Sandy Tang has been in the legal field since 1980. She qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1993. She joined the firm in 1997 and has been working in our Conveyancing Department.
Practice Focus
Sandy specializes in conveyancing and tenancy works covering the areas of residential, commercial and industrial development and redevelopment projects. She has acted for developers in exchange of land, joint development projects and building management matters. She has also acted for financial institutions in syndicated loans transactions. Sandy has extensive experience in Home Ownership Scheme Projects. She has been appointed as Counsellor for the Reverse Mortgage Programme.

Acting for banks in the sale of mortgaged properties, legal charges, building mortgages and approving tenancies.
